Growth Hacking Day is a full-day workshop led by Sean Ellis in various cities around the world. Learn the methods and best practices of Growth Hacking from Sean, the father of Growth Hacking, founder of GrowthHackers.com and successful entrepreneur.

Growth Hacking is about achieving sustainable business growth through rapid experimentation in product development, marketing and user experience.

On our Growth Hacking Day a three-part program awaits you:

Introduction to Growth Hacking: In the morning session Sean Ellis will explain the key techniques and methods of Growth Hacking going through concrete exercises and real examples such as Dropbox.
Hands-on Growth Hacking Workshop for Teams: In the afternoon, there will be a workshop, in which you and your cross-functional team of 3 to 5 people each will apply the Growth Hacking methods learned in the morning with the support of Sean Ellis to your own product.
Growth Hacking for Senior Executives: The evening session is aimed primarily at senior executives. After an introduction to Growth Hacking, there will be a slot on "Overcoming the organizational and cultural challenges in your organization". The evening will end with a Q&A round-table format.

Program Details

Introduction to Growth Hacking 09:00 - 12:00

Understand what Growth Hacking is and learn the basics, methods and best practices, studying concrete examples such as Dropbox, Linkedin, Airbnb, Uber, Netflix and Facebook . In his lecture, Sean Ellis will not only introduce you to the key techniques of Growth Hacking, but also expand them through hands-on exercises. This part of the event is open to everyone.

Hands-on Growth Hacking for Workshop for Team 13:00 - 17:30

You and your Growth Hacking team apply the learned methods to your own concrete product or project with the support of Sean Ellis. This workshop is open to cross-functional teams (max. 5 persons) who want to actively apply or improve Growth Hacking. A team ideally consists of 3 to 5 experts such as Marketing, Product Owner, Developer, and UX.

Requirements: Participation of the team in the morning session (introduction to Growth Hacking). The morning session is included with your purchase of the Hands-on Growth Hacking Workshop for Team.

Growth Hacking for Senior Management 18:30 - 21:30

After an introduction to Growth Hacking, meeting the organizational and cultural challenges in the organization will also be the topic. In the final round-table format, a Q&A session awaits the participants.
